Welcome to Hangout Haus! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Self-Serve Bakery Pickup

Hangout Haus is a self-serve pickup bakery. All orders are placed online through our website and are prepared for customer pickup.

After completing checkout, customers will receive pickup instructions and access information for retrieving their order from our self-serve pickup fridge.

The pickup fridge is located to the left side of the house. Customers are responsible for using their provided lockbox code to access their order and taking only the items purchased under their order.

Please ensure the fridge door is securely closed after retrieving your items.

Lockbox Access

Each order may be provided with a unique access code for pickup. Customers are responsible for keeping their access code private and using it only for their own order.

Sharing access codes or attempting to access another customer's order is prohibited.

Order Accuracy and Pickup Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before checkout. Once an order has been placed and prepared, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for picking up their order within the available pickup timeframe provided.

Theft, Fraud, and Unauthorized Access

Theft, fraudulent activity, unauthorized access to the pickup fridge, misuse of access codes, or taking items that were not purchased by you is strictly prohibited.

Hangout Haus reserves the right to refuse future purchases, restrict access to ordering services, and block payment methods associated with confirmed fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Any suspected theft or fraudulent activity may be documented and reported when appropriate.

Payment Information

Payment information is processed securely through our approved payment providers. Hangout Haus does not store full payment card information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and authorizing all purchases made through their account.

Privacy

Customer information is used only for processing orders, providing pickup instructions, communicating about purchases, and improving customer service. Please review our Privacy Policy for additional information.
